Our
patented and exclusive
page load time technology enables you to track page load times for every visitor to your site in real-time. Unlike traditional monitoring tools, the page load times reported are the
actual load times as experienced by your visitors.
We also provide full clickstream analysis for each and every visitor, that includes their page load and latency times, and details on JavaScript errors that users encounter on your site (along with which browsers and platforms the errors occur on). We breakdown of your users connection speeds and quality, both overall and individually. Plus a lot more.

Want to track page load times and browser errors for your site? Just sign up for a paid
BrowserHawk To-Go
account to get our BH Analytics service (BH Analytics is not accessible with the free demo of BrowserHawk To-Go). Once signed up, you'll simply add a tiny JavaScript library to your common page header.
Within minutes you'll have access to
detailed reports
on page load times, user connection speeds, session drilldown with full clickstream analysis, browser error reports, and much more. Alternatively you can use
BrowserHawk Classic
to track page load times, although in that case you need to write the reports yourself.

What do Latency, Intra, and HitType refer to?
Latency
is the amount of time from the user's click, to the point where the next page begins loading. Latency is important because it accounts for both network and application latency. For instance, if the connection between your visitors and your server is spotty, this will be reflected in the Latency. Likewise if your web server or database is slow to respond, this will be picked up in the Latency measurement.
Intra-page load time
is the time it takes for a specific page to load. Latency does not factor in to the Intra-page load time. Together Latency plus Intra-page load time yields the total amount of time a visitor waited from the time they first requested the page to the time the requested page finished loading.
HitType
is a classification that distinguishes the type of request made by the visitor's browser. The HitType provides information critical for the proper analysis of page load time data. For instance, cCached pages load considerably faster that non-cached pages. If a distinction is not made for cached pages, the data sample would otherwise be contaminated.
